Cancellation

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% Cancellation fee. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bridal services, as well as hair and makeup appointments, to secure your booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and confirmed.

Travel

Travel is $2 per mile round trip from 1318 5th ave. Inclement weather, ferries, tolls, parking / valet, over night lodging and additional artist are additional fees.

IF TRAVELING BEYOND 50 MILES THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE OR 4 SERVICES THAT WILL NEED TO BE BOOKED.

20% non-refundable Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bridal services, as well as hair and makeup appointments, to secure your booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and confirmed.

Late / No Show

Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow clients by being prompt and ready for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment and you have not notified your stylists, there will be a $15 late fee imposed. Clients arriving or not ready more than 15 minutes (late) for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the original appointment and be charged 100% booked appointment.

Bridal/ on set payment policy

Can pay by:

• Cash, Check or zelle - no transaction fee

• Credit/ debit card - 3.3% transaction fee

Holiday

We’d love to celebrate the holiday with you! If booking on any of the days listed you will be charged an additional fee of $150. Holidays include:

New Year Eve, New Year Day, Valentines, St. Patrick Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Before | After Hours

We try to accommodate early birds and night owls. Regular hours are 8am-7pm. Anything before or after regular hours will be an additional $50 for each additional hour before/ after. anything under an hour is still full $50.

For example:

An appointment starting at 6 AM (2 hours before regular hours) will have an additional $100 charge.
