Cancellation

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% Cancellation fee. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bridal services, as well as hair and makeup appointments, to secure your booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and confirmed.

Travel

Travel is free within 2 mile radius of Downtown Seattle zip code 98121, if traveling outside of 2 mile radius it is $2 per mile round trip. Inclement weather, ferries, tolls, parking / valet, over night lodging and additional artist are additional fees.

IF TRAVELING BEYOND 50 MILES THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 2 PEOPLE OR 4 SERVICES THAT WILL NEED TO BE BOOKED.

20% non-refundable Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all bridal services, as well as hair and makeup appointments, to secure your booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved and confirmed.

Late / No Show

Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow clients by being prompt and ready for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment and you have not notified your stylists, there will be a $15 late fee imposed. Clients arriving or not ready more than 15 minutes (late) for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the original appointment and be charged 100% booked appointment.

Holiday

We’d love to celebrate the holiday with you! If booking on any of the days listed you will be charged an additional fee of $150. Holidays include: New Year Eve Dec.31, New Year Day Jan.1, Valentines Feb.14, St.Patrick Day March 17, Easter April 5, Mothers Day May 9, Memorial Day May 30,Fathers Day June 20, Independence Day July 4, Labor Day Sept.5 Halloween Oct. 31, Thanksgiving Nov.25, Christmas Eve 24, Christmas Day 25

Before | After Hours

We try to accommodate early birds and night owls. Regular hours are 8am-7pm. Anything beofre or after regular hours an additional $25 an hour before/ after fee will be applied. anything under an hour is still full $25.
